2018 Duluth Air Show & Expo
The Duluth Air Show & Expo is an incredibly exciting event, attended by thousands of people from around the region. This year’s event will take place on July 7&8, 2018, and will be headlined by the United States Air Force Thunderbirds. Both days feature an incredible array of performers, including Kent Pietsch, Mark Wiskus, Julie Clark, the US Army Black Daggers, Precision Exotics, a B-25, a US Coast Guard SAR Demo, and more. In addition to the airshows, there will some amazing static displays on the ground to explore as well. These displays include things like an F-16, a B-25, a C-130, a Chinook Helicopter, a Black Hawk Helicopter, a P-51 Mustang, and so much more.
After the event, head back towards downtown Duluth, where you can relax and enjoy the remainder of the evening in Duluth’s Canal Park neighborhood. The neighborhood has plenty of breweries, restaurants, and shops to peruse. It’s also a great place to watch ships come and go through the Aerial Lift Bridge, and is the starting point of the city’s Lakewalk, a beautiful pathway along the shores of Lake Superior.
