This weekend (Dec. 17 – 18) you can enjoy 2 special events celebrating the Christmas season in Lanesboro. The Commonweal Theatre has masterfully adapted Louisa May Alcott’s “Little Women” – telling the story through the perspective of a Christmas family gathering.

On Saturday Dan Choinard returns to Lanesboro to host a community sing along. Dan will bring his accordion and heart warming stories to help us enjoy the evening. Dan is a Minneapolis native who plays, tours and records regularly with an ever-expanding roster of musicians and writers.
