We are offering an incredible line-up of workshop topics this year. Hands-on and training-focused, these workshops will offer instruction on such topics as creating social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter), individual B&B website critiques, record-keeping, state rules and regulations that affect B&B's, how to "clean up" your computer to enable it to work better, special diet menus and MBBA website profile enhancements . . . and that's just the beginning! No fan of restrictive regulations, he does seek to find the balance between safe kitchen behaviors, good judgement, compliance and customer expections. This session will address basic practices and standards and any new information on the Minnesota Food Code.
